Preamble
We are pleased to welcome you to the RENALA cosmetics brand website, www.renalanatural.com (hereinafter referred to as “the site”).
The site and its operator, Renala SARL, are hereinafter referred to as “RENALA.”
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Buyer and Renala are individually or collectively referred to as “the Party” or “the Parties.”
Article 1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are intended to : • Inform any potential buyer of the terms and conditions under which RENALA sells and delivers the ordered products. • Define the rights and obligations of the Parties within the scope of the sale of products by RENALA to the consumer (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”). These GTC apply without restriction or reservation to all product sales offered by RENALA on its website.
By ordering a product available for sale on Renala’s website, the Buyer fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which they acknowledge having read before placing an order.
RENALA reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. However, the applicable GTC for an order are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of placing the order.

Article 3. Products
In accordance with Article 4-2 of the Malagasy Consumer Code, Law No. 2015-014, the customer may, prior to placing an order, access the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to purchase by clicking on the corresponding product link on the site.
Product offers are subject to stock availability as specified when placing the order. Unless otherwise indicated, they remain valid as long as they appear on the website.
RENALA reserves the right to modify the product list and ranges at any time.
RENALA strives to present and describe its products as accurately and precisely as possible. However, elements such as photographs, graphics, or illustrations accompanying the products are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. RENALA cannot be held liable for discrepancies.
Article 4. Pricing
In accordance with Article 14 of the Malagasy Consumer Code, Law No. 2015-014, product prices are indicated on the website in Ariary (MGA) or Euros (EUR) for each item. The applicable prices are those in effect on the day the customer places an order.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They are charged in addition to the product price and displayed before order validation. The total amount due, including all costs, is indicated on the final page before confirming the order.
Article 5. Ordering Process
- Customer’s Cart
Chaque produit que le client souhaite sélectionner en vue de son achat potentiel doit être ajouté dans son « panier » dématérialisé, sur le site, en cliquant sur le bouton « ajouter au panier ». Un récapitulatif des produits sélectionnés par le client s’affiche en cliquant sur « panier », le pictogramme qui représente un caddie, en haut à droite du site. Le client peut ainsi vérifier, modifier et valider sa commande en cliquant sur les boutons « Passer à la commande », « Renseigner les informations personnelles demandées », Choisir le moyen de paiement souhaité et cliquer sur « Commander ».
By validating their order, the customer unconditionally accepts these GTC, as well as the prices, quantities, characteristics, and delivery times of the ordered products.
RENALA reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly if : • The product is no longer available for sale. • The ordered quantities are unusually large for a consumer purchase. If an order is refused, RENALA will promptly refund any payments made by the customer.
The sale becomes final once Renala accepts the customer’s order, subject to the customer's right of withdrawal (detailed in Article 6).
- Order Confirmation
After validating their cart on the website and before finalizing the purchase, the customer must verify: • Their billing and shipping address. • Their selected shipping and payment methods.
Once payment is validated and Renala accepts the order, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. This email includes: • A summary of the purchased products. • The exact amount charged. • Delivery details.
Article 6. Payment Terms
The full payment for the order is due at the time of validation on the website.

Customer data provided for payment is processed by RENALA following its Privacy Policy.
RENALA reserves the right to suspend or refuse an order if there is an outstanding dispute related to a previous transaction.
Online payments are secured using encryption technology. At no point do the customer’s banking details transit through RENALA’s systems.
The website features a secure online payment system that encrypts the transmission of the consumer's banking data through the payment platform's secure server. At no point do the consumer's banking details pass through the website's IT system.
Article 7. Liability
Renala commits to the proper fulfillment of its contractual obligations.
However, Renala's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the sale due to the customer's actions, the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party to the contract, or force majeure.
Furthermore, Renala does not guarantee that the website will operate without errors, anomalies, or interruptions. Renala shall also not be held responsible for malfunctions caused by third parties, the website user, force majeure, or technical failures inherent to telecommunications or the Internet network.
RENALA does not guarantee that the site will operate without errors, interruptions, or anomalies. It may suspend access without prior notice for maintenance or security reasons.
Article 8. Droit de propriété intellectuelle
The presentation and content of the website, including but not limited to brands, names, images, logos, texts, videos, domain names, and Renala’s products, as well as the software and programs used to develop the website (the “Elements”), are considered distinctive signs or works protected by intellectual property laws.
Renala owns or holds the necessary intellectual property rights to use the website and each of its elements.
Access to the website does not grant users any intellectual property rights over the website’s content.
Any reproduction, modification, transmission, publication, adaptation, or exploitation of all or part of the website without prior written authorization from Renala is strictly prohibited.
The website may contain hyperlinks to other internet sites to facilitate user navigation. However, Renala has no legal or contractual obligation to verify the content of these external sites. The collected data on these sites is not communicated to Renala, which is not responsible for their processing.
The insertion of hypertext links to any part of the website is permitted by Renala, with the understanding that Renala reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, for any reason.
However, practices such as scraping, reproducing any element of the site, or using framing techniques to insert a trademark, logo, or any other information displayed on the Renala website (including images, text, layout, or design) are prohibited without prior authorization from Renala.
Any unauthorized use of all or part of the website may result in legal action, including intellectual property infringement lawsuits.
Article 9. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected during orders is used exclusively for : • Processing and fulfilling orders. • Managing customer inquiries. • Sending product updates via email. RENALA is responsible for the processing of customer data.
Article 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC and any related transactions are governed by Malagasy law. In case of a dispute, parties must attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with Malagasy Civil Procedure law.
